At Frederick Thomas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the ties or accessories in their original protective sleeves to ensure they remain crease-free and pristine during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return label and send the package via your preferred tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery to our workshop.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange within 5 business days.
